Below is the FYHA 2021-2022 Player and Member Handbook.  It consists of all of the governing rules of our association as well as the process information for Board governance, player guidelines, tryout processes and member conduct.  In the back of this manual is the FYHA Bylaws.  Please use this manual as the primary guidebook for FYHA.

Minnesota Hockey has provided a set of tools to assist parents, players, and coaches with understanding and addressing concussions. 

The form below must be completed and turned in to your team manager prior to taking the ice for any parent/child games during or at the end of the FYHA season.
